Leadership Inklings is inspired by the "Inklings Group", an informal collection of esteemed writers including C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien and others that met regularly at The Eagle and Child pub in Oxford. They shared their writing project ideas as well as draft manuscripts with one another. It was a true collaboration and each of its members were, no doubt, better for it. I believe this same idea can be applied for those seeking to improve their leadership, influence and to have a fulfilling career and life. We offer leadership and career coaching, facilitated professional communities and leadership training.
